Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the SleekFlow Platform and the Services. It is designed to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and equitable access to resources for all SleekFlow's Customers and Users. Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, all capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in SleekFlow's Terms of Service (https://sleekflow.io/terms).

Scope

This Policy applies to all interactions with the SleekFlow Platform and the Services, including SleekFlow API usage, messaging, integrations, and data storage. It supports our commitment to maintaining a stable and secure environment for all Customers.

Usage Guidelines

SleekFlow is intended for typical business use. Our systems are designed to accommodate a wide range of usage patterns, and we continuously monitor activity to maintain service quality.

Customers are expected to:

  • Operate within the bounds of normal business activity
  • Avoid excessive or disruptive behavior that may impact the performance of the SleekFlow Platform
  • Use features and integrations as intended

Usage Limits

Subject to the limits set by your SleekFlow subscription plan, usage of certain features is governed by reasonable thresholds to ensure consistent service quality across all accounts. These thresholds apply to features without defined limits in your plan.
