Esther Fong is Product Marketing Manager at SleekFlow, where she has spent over four years at the intersection of product and marketing. She leads product launches, shapes platform positioning, and writes the content that helps businesses understand what SleekFlow can do — covering everything from WhatsApp Business API and AI agents to the omnichannel inbox, VoIP calling, and CX Intelligence. Before moving into product marketing, she spent two years as a journalist at Apple Daily, building the research and storytelling discipline she now applies to translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for business audiences. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Media and Communications from City University of Hong Kong.
