SleekFlow vs Omnichat: which one fits how you sell?
TL;DR: Ringkasan Pantas
- SleekFlow is a better fit for brands selling across several markets that need published limits on what their AI says. Omnichat is a better fit for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia retail chains crediting each sale to a named store associate.
- 205 G2 reviews back SleekFlow's 4.6 rating, against 26 behind Omnichat's 4.5.
- SleekFlow documents how its AI handles Cantonese and Traditional Chinese, and Omnichat documents no language capability.
- Moving a WhatsApp number to SleekFlow or Omnichat loses your chat history, though SleekFlow's coexistence imports six months.
- Test your typical customer questions on SleekFlow's and Omnichat's AI agents before signing anything.

You run customer service or digital at a retail or services brand, and you've come across SleekFlow and Omnichat as two platforms that put WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat and Instagram in one inbox and run AI agents on top. But figuring out which is the best fit for your team's been hard.
What decides it is how much each platform will tell you before you sign: what the AI is allowed to say, what it costs when volume spikes, and what happens to your chat history when you move a number.
Below: how handover works, how each handles local languages, group conversations, migration, revenue attribution, security and billing.
Is SleekFlow or Omnichat better for your team?
In our view, Omnichat is the better fit if the thing you can't lose is store-level attribution, binding a shopper to a named associate, or conversations that live in LINE and WhatsApp groups. SleekFlow is the better fit if what reopened the decision is the AI itself: what it's allowed to say across sales, marketing and support, when it hands back to a person, and what it costs at volume.
For most retail brands both are true, so it comes down to which one you can solve outside the platform and which one you can't.
Omnichat vs SleekFlow at a glance
Omnichat and SleekFlow overlap on most of the messaging stack. The table splits them on two things: where the sale gets credited, and how much each platform publishes about what its AI is allowed to do. Best-for calls are our assessment.
Both G2 samples are small. Treat either rating as a signal, not evidence.
How they're different, feature by feature
AI control and testing
Omnichat names more agent types than SleekFlow does. SleekFlow publishes more about what its agents are allowed to do, and gives you somewhere to test them before they meet a customer. Neither vendor publishes everything you'd want here. Every capability below comes from that vendor's own live pages, checked in September 2026.
Omnichat ships:
Omni AI agents for marketing campaigns, customer service, shopping, loyalty and bookings
custom agents built in Omni AI Studio, with answer scope, task goal and tone settings
a knowledge base that accepts CSV, DOC, DOCX and PDF, and reads text only, with no image recognition
AI supervisors and a sandbox in its May 2026 release notes, which aren't yet in its product documentation
no published allowance, rate or overage for Omni AI usage
SleekFlow ships:
AgentFlow, with an Inbound Agent and a Data Analyst Agent both available on its product page
a Copilot Agent and an Outbound Agent both listed as coming soon
a Testing Playground for chat and batch testing, which scores answers and sorts them into confidence categories before deployment
AI agent credits set by contact tier, starting at 5,000 a month for 500 monthly active contacts, per its Fair Use Policy
a published consequence for passing that allowance, which is that agents may stop responding
Neither vendor publishes what consumes one unit of AI usage, so ask both for the consumption model in writing before you size a plan. A ceiling you can't convert into conversations won't help you budget.
What this means for you: if your review process needs artefacts before a decision, SleekFlow's batch test output and published credit table are things you can attach to a paper, and on Omnichat you'd be asking your account manager for the equivalent.
Handover to a person
Both platforms move a conversation from AI to human. They differ on who decides. SleekFlow hands over the moment an agent types, with no step for the customer. Omnichat gives the customer a button, which is cleaner when the AI knows it's stuck and slower when your agent has spotted it first.
Omnichat's handover:
when the AI can't answer, it sends a card and the customer taps a button to reach a person
an out-of-scope branch can only route to a human agent card, so the path is fixed
a person can take over through follow-up, auto-assignment, keyword matching or its Open API
the AI agent card can't trigger once a conversation is already assigned to a person
if a store salesperson is bound to the conversation, that has to be closed before the AI takes over
SleekFlow's handover:
the AI moves to standby automatically when an agent sends any customer-facing message
internal notes don't trigger it, so your team can discuss a case without stopping the AI
an agent can pause the AI manually, with no confirmation step
on resume, the AI waits for the customer's next message rather than replying into silence
low confidence is a default exit condition, alongside a human joining the conversation
AI Smart Summary writes the handover note, so context moves with the conversation
What this means for you: if your service model is a supervisor watching a queue and stepping in, SleekFlow's automatic standby matches that behaviour, and Omnichat's card asks the customer to do the stepping in.
Language
If your customers write in a local language, this section may decide more than the rest of the page, and it has the widest gap in published detail. SleekFlow documents how its AI picks a reply language, including Cantonese. Omnichat publishes no language capability for Omni AI, which is not the same as having none, and its own site and documentation are Traditional Chinese first.
Omnichat publishes:
site and documentation in Traditional Chinese, with a partial English set
locale sites for Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Simplified Chinese and Japanese
no language count, multilingual claim or Cantonese capability on its Omni AI page
no language section in its Omni AI documentation
SleekFlow publishes:
AI that detects the customer's language and adapts replies to keep the conversation natural
distinct handling for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Cantonese style
a Hong Kong regional setting that falls back to Traditional Chinese when the language can't be confidently detected
confirmation before switching language mid-chat, except between Chinese scripts, which switch automatically
the same rules applied to both the AI agent and AI Smart Reply
What this means for you: "Cantonese style" is a register, not a separate detected language, so open a trial on both and type a real customer message in Cantonese before you take either vendor's word for it.
Group conversations
This is the clearest gap on SleekFlow's side, and it's worth being precise about what the gap actually is. Meta opened its WhatsApp Groups API to all businesses with an Official Business Account in January 2026. Omnichat has built on it. SleekFlow hasn't.
What Meta publishes:
groups are capped at eight participants, and Meta sets a ceiling of 10,000 groups per business number
they require an Official Business Account and a Cloud API number
WhatsApp Business app numbers can't use them
interactive messages, commerce messages, message editing and deletion aren't supported inside groups
Where each platform stands:
Omnichat documents WhatsApp group conversations of up to eight numbers, enabled on request
Omnichat also documents LINE group conversations, with one official account per group and no @mention support
SleekFlow supports group messaging on neither WhatsApp nor LINE
this is a SleekFlow gap rather than a WhatsApp platform limitation, because Meta opened the capability in January 2026
What this means for you: this is small-group coordination for verified brands, not broadcast, so it matters enormously if your VIP clients sit in groups and not at all if they don't, and it's the first question to settle because it rules one platform out on its own.
Migration and chat continuity
Neither platform carries your conversation history through a WhatsApp Business API transfer. Both say so on their own pages. Where they differ is coexistence, the route that runs the WhatsApp Business app alongside the platform instead of moving the number.
Omnichat's published position:
existing conversations aren't transferred when a number moves from another provider
the number is unusable for a period during the transfer, with no duration published
business verification has to be completed within 30 days of the move
its coexistence option syncs no prior chat history, and that choice can't be changed later
SleekFlow's published position:
chat history can't be migrated either, and the migration page says so plainly
quality rating, approved templates, green tick status, display name and messaging limits do carry over
the technical cutover runs 10 to 15 minutes with 5 to 10 minutes of downtime, which is the switchover rather than the Meta verification that precedes it
WhatsApp Coexistence imports one-to-one chats from the last six months, though not groups
coexistence needs the WhatsApp Business app opened at least once every 14 days to stay connected
SleekFlow states coexistence is available only in selected countries, so confirm your market before planning around it
What this means for you: history is the part nobody warns you about, and six months of imported one-to-one chats is the difference between a team that recognises a returning customer on day one and a team that starts cold, so make coexistence eligibility in your market the first thing you ask.
Attributing revenue
Omnichat has built a genuine online-to-offline layer and SleekFlow hasn't published an equivalent. Both then attribute revenue to conversations from different starting points: Omnichat from the store binding outward, SleekFlow from events you define yourself.
Omnichat attributes:
customer binding by QR code or link, tying a shopper to a store or a named sales associate
orders created for customers by staff inside a WhatsApp conversation, with staff-level performance tracking
store and roster management, with one WhatsApp official account across multiple branches
no attribution methodology or window on its product pages
SleekFlow attributes:
conversion events you define yourself, capped at 100 per workspace
a conversion period you set in days, weeks or months, rather than a window fixed by the vendor
conversion tracking that isn't limited to payment links, covering chats started from ads, website visits and bookings
payment-link sales broken out by agent, with no equivalent of QR binding to a named associate
What this means for you: if the person closing the sale is standing in a shop, Omnichat has built more of what you need, and if what you want to count is a booking or a reply to an ad, you'll be defining that event yourself either way.
Security, integrations and where your data sits
Both platforms encrypt data at rest and in transit, and both name Hong Kong and Singapore among their hosting regions. Neither publishes certificate numbers or scope for its certifications. The difference is what each can put in front of a security reviewer, and how far each connects into the systems a retail brand already runs.
Omnichat publishes:
an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 badge in its site footer, a privacy policy citing the Hong Kong PDPO and GDPR, and no SOC 2 statement either way
no security or trust page, with hosting named in Singapore and Hong Kong and payment processors in the United States
ecommerce connectors for Shopify, SHOPLINE, 91APP, CYBERBIZ, WACA, Easystore and BVSHOP, from its Pro tier upward
business system connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Emarsys and Insider
SleekFlow publishes:
ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance on its Trust Center, with the SOC 2 report available on request
third-party penetration testing, encryption in transit and role-based access control, with PII masking on Enterprise
data residency in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, Europe and the United Arab Emirates, stated on its enterprise page rather than the Trust Center
Shopify, HubSpot and Zoho on Premium, Salesforce on Enterprise, and no SHOPLINE, Magento or WooCommerce connector
What this means for you: if your reviewer wants a report rather than a logo, SleekFlow has one to send, and if your storefront is SHOPLINE or 91APP, Omnichat connects out of the box while SleekFlow starts with a build.
Pricing compared
Omnichat doesn't publish a price. Its four tiers, Basic, Pro, Enterprise and Customisation, all carry quote buttons, and one of its regional pricing pages says the figure varies by active contact count and support headcount. SleekFlow publishes plan pricing for Pro, Premium and Enterprise. Both vendors' pricing pages were checked in September 2026.
That makes a headline price comparison impossible, which matters less than it sounds. Contacts, seats, message fees and AI usage are four separate bills arriving together, and how each platform meters them decides your annual cost more than any headline figure would.
Three things to take from that:
The contact meters count different things. Omnichat's runs on contacts you hold, SleekFlow's on contacts you talk to. If most of your list is dormant, that difference is the whole decision.
Message fees are a separate negotiation either way. Neither vendor publishes what it charges Meta's rates at. Meta's move to per-template-message billing changes that arithmetic for every provider, which we cover in the WhatsApp Business API pricing guide.
Ask both what happens on the day you exceed your AI allowance. A platform that pauses and a platform that keeps billing produce very different invoices.
Which should you choose?
The two platforms are built to move different numbers, so the choice follows whichever number your year is judged on.
Omnichat, if the number is same-store sales. It has built store-level attribution and group conversations, and SleekFlow publishes neither.
SleekFlow, if the number is sales across several markets, campaign return on marketing spend, or support volume handled without adding headcount, and somebody has to answer for what the AI said.
Then check the constraints, because several of these rule one platform out on their own:
A SHOPLINE or 91APP storefront points to Omnichat.
Any workflow that lives in a group chat points to Omnichat.
Customers who reach you on SMS, Telegram, Viber or email point to SleekFlow.
Support that runs on calls as well as chat points to SleekFlow.
A reviewer who wants a SOC 2 report, or European data residency, points to SleekFlow.
Commercial mechanics come last, and they're straightforward. Omnichat is annual only and quote-only, so budgeting means a sales conversation first. SleekFlow publishes its pricing and bills monthly or yearly, so you can size it yourself and start smaller.
Before you talk to either vendor, pull last quarter's numbers: how many contacts you messaged, how many conversations an agent had to answer twice, and what your WhatsApp conversation fees came to. Both meters price off those three figures.
SleekFlow vs Omnichat: the verdict
Omnichat is the stronger choice for a retail brand whose sales begin on a shop floor, and for any team whose customers sit in group chats, because SleekFlow publishes neither capability. Staying put is a defensible call if that's what you bought it for.
SleekFlow is the stronger choice when sales, marketing and support all run through chat and somebody has to answer for what the AI said, in which language, and at what cost. Test the agents against your own awkward customer questions before you decide.
Bring your three hardest customer questions to a demo and hear what the agents say to them, before your customers do.
