We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates for 2024. This year, we've been hard at work introducing game-changing innovations like Flow Builder, SleekFlow AI, Custom Objects, and a completely redesigned UI/UX. To ensure our offerings evolve with your needs, we are making some strategic improvements to our pricing plans:

  • Simplified purchasing: We've streamlined our plans to include more integrations and fewer add-on options, making it easier to get everything you need in one package.

  • Broader access: Exciting features like Flow Builder will now be available across different plan tiers. So, no matter what your plan is, you'll have access to our latest developments.

How will it affect existing customers?

These new plans and pricing apply only to subscriptions purchased on or after August 1, 2024. This update does not impact existing customers with active plans purchased before August 1, 2024. You can continue to enjoy and renew your current usage at your existing price.

Introducing Flow Builder usage-based pricing model

We’re excited that Flow Builder will officially be out of beta and fully integrated into SleekFlow’s subscription plans starting August 28, 2024. This means you’ll now have access to its powerful features as part of your regular subscription!

Flow Builder is a versatile customer journey automation tool for chats. It allows you to design automation scenarios visually (we like to call it automation flow) to capture customers' behavioral cues (like initiating a chat, submitting a form, clicking an ad, etc.) across different sources (ads, website, social media, messaging apps) and trigger engagement, sales, and support messages at the right time. It also allows businesses to automate data workflows and team collaboration in chats—all without writing code.

The Flow Builder usage limits are aligned with our tiered subscription model, ensuring you have the flexibility you need. Here are the three key usage limits:

  • Active flows:

    The number of flows activated to receive and execute new enrollments.

  • Nodes per flow:

    The total number of trigger, action, condition, or time delay nodes created within a flow.

  • Monthly flow enrollment limit:

    The number of times a contact meets the flow’s trigger criteria and is added to the flow.

Additionally, we're introducing a new add-on pricing model for all subscription tiers based on flow enrollments. Each plan includes a certain number of free flow enrollments per month. If you need more, you can pay to increase your monthly flow enrollment limit. Various add-on options are available to suit different plans and needs. Please refer to this blog for more information.
