Once the label is applied, an automated flow is triggered in Flow Builder, and the lead is instantly assigned to the appropriate team member. The assigned agent then contacts the lead via WhatsApp to follow up on their class registration and offer personalized assistance.
Besides, Esperia Volleyball Academy leverages click-to-WhatsApp ads to promote volleyball kids' camps across its various locations. Through SleekFlow, leads are immediately assigned to team members responsible for specific locations, ensuring no potential enrollment is missed.
Automate chats to pre-qualify and categorize leads for targeted follow-up
When a lead first contacts Esperia Volleyball Academy via WhatsApp, the chatbot triggers an automated flow that quickly assesses the inquiry type—whether it’s about court bookings, class registrations, or partnership opportunities.
For example, if a client is interested in joining a class, the chatbot asks questions to determine their age group (e.g., child or adult). Based on their response, the bot presents relevant class options, such as fun volleyball, beach volleyball, or private sessions, along with available locations. After selecting a preferred program, the lead is prompted to state their skill level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced). The chatbot then routes the lead to the appropriate trainer for personalized support.
For court bookings, clients can easily modify, cancel, or make court bookings through an automated chatbot, which provides direct booking links. Meanwhile, partnership inquiries are automatically routed to the appropriate team for prompt and efficient handling.

For instance, if a parent asked about class schedules but also inquired about court rentals, one team member could leave a note and bring in a colleague specializing in rentals.
The ability to leave notes is my favorite SleekFlow feature. It ensures no detail is missed, even when we switch responsibilities.

Leverage customer CRM insights for effective retargeting
Esperia Volleyball Academy segments customers based on location, age group, service interest, and lead source, centralizing all customer data in SleekFlow social CRM. They then use WhatsApp broadcasts to share updates on seasonal classes, new programs, discounts, and new locations. For example, a broadcast about an upcoming volleyball season included tailored messages to parents about kids’ classes and to adults about competitive training. These campaigns not only kept existing clients engaged but also created cross-selling opportunities as clients discovered services they hadn’t initially considered.
