Billy Chu leads Strategy & Operations at SleekFlow, where he has spent over five years shaping the platform from product concept to market. A Computer Science graduate from the University of Hong Kong and Y Combinator alumnus, he joined SleekFlow in 2021 as Product Manager, progressed to Product Lead, and now drives growth strategy and operational execution across the business. His engineering background and hands-on product experience give him an inside perspective on conversational AI and agentic automation — translating how the technology is built into why it matters for the businesses deploying it.
