Everything you need to know about SleekFlow Flow Builder Pricing
Are you considering signing up for SleekFlow automation but wondering if it’s worth it? Let’s break down what the Flow Builder (SleekFlow’s automation engine) offers and what it might cost you.
What is Flow Builder?
SleekFlow Flow Builder is a versatile customer journey automation tool for chats. It allows you to design automation scenarios visually (we like to call it automation flow) to capture customers' behavioral cues (like initiating a chat, submitting a form, clicking an ad, etc.) across different sources (ads, website, social media, messaging apps) and trigger engagement, sales, and support messages at the right time. It also allows businesses to automate data workflows and team collaboration in chats—all without writing code.
As of today (25 July 2024), Flow Builder is only available for the WhatsApp Cloud API channel.
How does Flow Builder work?
The Flow Builder uses a trigger to initiate automation, actions to define the steps, conditions to segment the audience, and branching to create dynamic paths based on customer responses or behaviors. A time delay function also allows you to insert waiting periods at any point in the customer journey.
Each element is represented as a node in the Flow Builder canvas and is connected to create the overall flow logic. You can design complex and automated business processes within SleekFlow by arranging and configuring these nodes.
A flow enrollment occurs when a contact meets the flow’s trigger criteria and is added to the flow. The enrolled contact will then proceed down the automated journey defined by the flow. You have to publish a flow as an active flow to receive and execute new enrollments.

Flow Builder key features
A pricing list doesn't mean much if you don't know what you're paying for. Here’s a detailed look at Flow Builder’s main features and their benefits.
1. Message automation triggers and actions
At our core, we create meaningful relationships through conversations. Therefore, we offer users extensive flexibility in automating responses. You can trigger any flow when a new or existing customer sends a message to you or receive a message from you. Additionally, you can automate actions such as sending messages, sending media, and adding internal notes.
The send message action node has a very useful function to save message replies as contact properties. This allows you to capture data into your SleekFlow CRM for unique profiling, ensures that your contact database is always up-to-date, and allows for more tailored interactions.
Another data capture function in the send message action node allows you to save the customer's response as flow variables. These variables can be inserted as message content in your next send message node within the same flow. They are specific to one flow and are not stored in the SleekFlow contact database.
2. Contact management triggers and actions
SleekFlow offers great CRM capabilities, such as creating comprehensive contact profiles (with customized contact properties like age, country, and product interest) and segmenting contacts by demographics or preferences (using lists/labels). Flow Builder allows you to manage your contacts' profiles efficiently.
You can trigger any flows when a new contact is created in SleekFlow, when a contact property is updated, when a label is added or removed from a contact, and when they are added/removed from a list. Similarly, you can automate actions to update contact properties, add or remove labels, and add or remove them from a list.
3. Conversation assignment triggers and actions
Flow Builder helps you manage large team operations and easily maintain accountability and collaboration. You can automatically change conversation statuses (open, closed, snoozed), assign conversations to specific teams/members, and add or remove collaborators. You can also trigger actions based on conversation status updates to ensure timely responses.
4. External integration triggers and actions
One of Flow Builder's most useful features is its ability to interact with external platforms. You can trigger a flow based on received webhooks. Subsequently, you can send a webhook payload containing messages or contact info from SleekFlow to other systems. Want to do more custom integrations? Use HTTP request actions to ensure smooth and efficient data exchange.
5. Custom object triggers and actions
You can create custom objects to store and manage important business data—such as orders, invoices, and memberships—right where you chat with customers. With Flow Builder, you can automatically create or update custom object records, ensuring your data is always current and accurate. You can also automate campaigns or workflow triggered by new or updated data.
6. Incoming messages from Click to WhatsApp (CTWA) ad trigger
Capture valuable marketing insights with our CTWA ad triggers, such as which Facebook/Instagram user clicked the ad, which ad the user clicked, and the ad source URL. This is essential information for businesses that want to use the Meta Conversion API to send conversion signals in messaging events back to the Meta Event Manager, helping you optimize ad spend.
Flow Builder pricing overview
Since introducing the Flow Builder beta in 2023, we have continuously refined and enhanced its capabilities based on your valuable feedback. We are excited to announce that starting August 28 2024, Flow Builder will be officially out of beta and fully included into SleekFlow’s subscription plan. This means you can now enjoy its powerful features as part of your regular subscription!
Below is a detailed breakdown of SleekFlow's pricing plans as of 28 August 2024, emphasizing Flow Builder's monthly free usage and notable features in each plan.
SleekFlow offers a tiered subscription model to fit various messaging and automation needs, from startups and small businesses to large enterprises. As you move up the tiers, we provide more Flow Builder features and higher usage limits.
How do I monitor my Flow Builder usage?
Active flow: In the Flow Builder’s module, you can view the active flow usage and limit in the Listing tab.
Nodes per flow: You can see the number of nodes created and the limit within each flow.
Monthly flow enrollments:
You can go to Settings> Subscriptions to monitor your monthly usage of flow enrollments. Your usage cycle resets every month in alignment with your billing date.
The Flow Builder module’s Usage tab shows the total number of flow enrollments executed by all flows within your organization in the current subscription month or over a set period. This includes flows with Draft or Deleted status that were previously Active and had executed flow enrollments.
What counts towards flow enrollment usage?
Each time a contact meets the flow trigger’s condition and the flow starts executing, it counts as a flow enrollment. If any users within your organization update or deactivate the flow after the contact matches the trigger’s conditions, it still counts.
In the Flow Builder’s module, you can view the flow log to see the contact status in each individual flow. Contacts with the following statuses are considered toward flow enrollment usage: In Progress, Completed, Removed.
What does not count towards flow enrollment usage?
Contacts with the following statuses are not counted toward flow enrollment usage: Blocked and Failed. Blocked means the contacts are unable to enroll into the flow due to reasons such as enrollment limit reached. Failed indicates the contacts did not complete enrollment due to errors in the flow. Check the remarks and activity log for more details.
When does the monthly flow enrollments usage reset?
Flow Builder starts counting the usage on the first day of your subscription. The flow enrollment limit is set monthly for both yearly and monthly plan users. Here’s how it works:
Monthly plan users:
Based on your subscription start date, your usage resets on the same date next month. For example, if your plan starts on July 10th, your usage will reset on August 10th.
Yearly plan users:
Even though you are on a yearly plan, the enrollment limit still resets monthly. For example, if your yearly plan starts on July 18th, your flow enrollment usage will reset on August 18th, September 18th, and so on.
Unused flow enrollments do not roll over to the next month.
Can I increase my Flow Builder usage limits?
Yes. Each plan offers a certain number of free flow enrollments every month, after which you can purchase add-ons to increase the usage limit. Different add-on options are available for each plan.
Please note that these add-ons increase the usage limit of monthly flow enrollments. For example, if you start with the Pro Plan, which includes 500 free enrollments, and then pay US$59 to increase your flow enrollment limit to 1,500, you are actually getting 1,000 more enrollments.
The Pro Plan supports smaller-scale operations with a cap of 3,000 monthly flow enrollments, beyond which you can upgrade to the Premium Plan for more extensive usage. The Enterprise Plan provides the most generous free usage and custom pricing for the highest demands for additional enrollments.
This tiered structure ensures you only pay more as your needs expand, providing clear upgrade paths to accommodate your growth seamlessly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What happens when I exceed my monthly flow enrollment limit?
When your free flow enrollment usage is about to finish (remaining 25%, 10%, and 0%), all admin users within the organization will receive a notification via email and in-app notice. If your usage exceeds your monthly flow enrollment limit, purchase add-ons or upgrade your plan to avoid service interruptions. Please contact our Customer Success team to discuss the best option for your needs.
Q: Can I buy more active flows?
Extra active flows are not available through standard add-ons. If you need more flows, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Q: Can I buy more nodes for each flow?
Extra nodes for each flow are not available through standard add-ons. If you need more nodes, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Q: I anticipate needing more flow enrollments than my free usage every month. Do I have to buy an add-on every month?
No, you do not have to buy an add-on every month. Add-ons for a higher monthly flow enrollment limit are part of a subscription plan. Once you purchase an add-on, it will automatically renew each month until you cancel it. Here’s an example:
You subscribed to a Pro Plan on July 4th, with a default monthly flow enrollment limit of 500.
You hit the limit on July 28th and purchased an add-on to increase your monthly flow enrollment limit to 1,500.
We start counting usage on the first day of your subscription (July 4th); therefore, your usage will reset to 0 on August 4th.
Unless you cancel your add-on, your monthly flow enrollment limit will remain at 1,500 for the next month (August 4th - September 4th).
Q: What should I do if I have purchased an add-on to increase my monthly flow enrollment limit but realize I need even more?
If you need more enrollments after purchasing an add-on, you can still buy the next available option within your plan. We will charge you the pro-rated remaining add-on amount.
For example, if you subscribed to the Pro Plan and initially increased your maximum flow enrollment limit from 500 to 1,500 for US$59, but later decide you want to increase your limit to 2,500, you can pay the difference (US$119 - US$59=)$60 to do so.
If there are no more available add-ons for your current plan, you will need to upgrade to the next plan, which is the Premium Plan in this case.
