SleekFlow has progressed past the pandemic with outstanding growth built on the support of customer trust and feedback. Established just three years ago, we have managed to offer over 5,000 clients across the globe customer-centric functions that are essential to creating the perfect frictionless customer journey, including in-chat product exploration, after-sales customer support, and cultivating customer loyalty through meaningful, in-depth connections.
Evolving from an omnichannel chat solution that combines messaging channels to now, a full-fledged social commerce platform, new features have been consistently launched for businesses to empower each stage of the social selling funnel, converting customers through automation and innovation.
To reflect the additional value of these new product features, we are introducing improved plans and packages with benefits that will better serve our users. Hence, starting from the 6th of September 2022, the features included in the Startup Plan (free), Pro Plan (from US$79 per month), and Premium Plan (from US$299 per month) will be updated and improved to suit businesses of all sizes. It is important to note that the pricing for these three types of plans will remain unchanged, but certain modifications will be applied to the functions embedded in each plan.
Note: existing plan subscribers may continue to benefit from our product features according to the purchased plans and will not be affected by the updates. We sincerely appreciate your support and look forward to backing your social commerce needs with more enhancements.

Payment in chat: SleekFlow has partnered with one of the most popular and trusted payment providers, Stripe, to simplify complicated payment processes for online shoppers. By generating a quick payment link on SleekFlow, consumers can place their orders and complete the seamless shopping experience with the one-click payment feature. Businesses can get paid instantly and achieve customer satisfaction without breaking a sweat.
Native Shopify integration: SleekFlow users can now integrate their Shopify stores to incorporate omnichannel social commerce and e-commerce strategies, including sharing product catalogs and customized checkout carts, automating personalized abandoned cart reminders and collecting actionable insights for comprehensive analyses of existing marketing and sales approaches.

On top of that, modularized add-ons are also designed to offer niche product variants that match users’ specific needs and preferences.
Free startup plan
Startups and solopreneurs using the free plan can connect to a maximum of three social channels, excluding WhatsApp, to their SleekFlow account. The powerful comment auto reply feature on Facebook and Instagram has also been made available.
If you’re an existing free plan user, you’re strongly encouraged to purchase through a yearly subscription by September 6 to enjoy the extensive features that are now included in our pro plan. This way, you’ll get to access more functions and features at a more modest price for a year!

We will be providing assistance for the setup of a SleekFlow account, the management of Facebook Business Verification, the application of the official WhatsApp Business API, along with a one-hour-long user training and chat backup.
Premium plan
Premium plan users may enjoy the following updates:
Connect to a maximum of 10 social accounts (purchase add-ons to connect to social channels without a limit!)
Native Shopify integration will no longer be included in solution plans; instead, it will be accessible as an add-on for US$49 per month.

No matter if you are a yearly or monthly plan user, priority support will be provided for free through a dedicated escalation channel where issues can be resolved via service tickets, direct messaging, or additional callbacks. If third-party software support is required, SleekFlow will also deliver configuration guidance and troubleshooting assistance. Responses will be received in two to three hours as long as it falls from 10 am to 7 pm (UTC/GMT: +8:00) from Monday to Friday.
