We’ve done away with the boxy, blue user interface and introduced this refreshingly new, clean and sleek experience!
The revamped look makes it much easier to find the functions you need with the menu bar on top and your segmented workspace below.
The main inbox screen is split into three modules: the conversation module on the left, chat module in the center, and information modules on the right.

To all our users who kept telling us “lists, lists, lists!”, we’ve listened!
You can now create different lists to efficiently manage all your contacts.
Once you’re done segmenting your customers and putting them under different lists, you can simply put the list into a broadcast campaign and send everyone a personalised message with ease.
