These terms govern your participation in any promotional campaign offered by SleekFlow (“SleekFlow Promotional Campaign”), including but not limited to discounts, credits, and other incentives. By participating in any such campaign, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
a. Your participation in any SleekFlow Promotional Campaign is subject to SleekFlow’s Terms of Service (https://sleekflow.io/terms) or the terms of your signed agreement with SleekFlow, as applicable. b. Unless otherwise defined in these SleekFlow Promotional Campaign Terms & Conditions, all capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in SleekFlow’s Terms of Service (https://sleekflow.io/terms). c. All benefits offered by SleekFlow Promotional Campaigns are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or other features on the SleekFlow Platform, except for the specific use as defined in the terms of the specific SleekFlow Promotional Campaign (“Campaign-Specific Terms”). For the avoidance of doubt, such benefits are valid only for use on the SleekFlow Platform, unless otherwise specified in the Campaign-Specific Terms. d. Some SleekFlow Promotional Campaigns may require prior registration or activation, and may only be available to selected customers based on criteria determined by SleekFlow. e. SleekFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any SleekFlow Promotional Campaign anytime at its sole discretion, upon notice to the Customer, which may be sent by email, posted on the SleekFlow Website, or by any other reasonable means as deemed appropriate by SleekFlow. f. The benefits offered by a SleekFlow Promotional Campaign may be time-bound and subject to expiration, subject to Campaign-Specific Terms. g. Participation in any SleekFlow Promotional Campaign does not guarantee uninterrupted service or successful message delivery. Service performance may vary due to external factors beyond SleekFlow’s control.
These terms apply to SleekFlow Promotional Campaigns in relation to SMS credits or usage: a. SMS credits are valid only for SMS usage on the SleekFlow Platform. b. SMS delivery and service performance may vary due to external factors, including but not limited to telecommunications carrier issues.
These terms apply to SleekFlow Promotional Campaigns encouraging the use of specific APIs (e.g. MMlite API): a. Customers who enable a specific API may receive a discount on all or certain types of messages sent through it, subject to Campaign-Specific Terms. b. Discounts may be temporary and may revert to standard pricing after a specified period. c. Eligibility may depend on activation of the specific API before a certain date, as communicated in Campaign-Specific Terms.
These terms apply to SleekFlow Promotional Campaigns where Customers earn WhatsApp business account (WABA) or SMS credits by completing specific actions:
a. Actions may include and not limited to building automation flows, enabling features, or completing onboarding steps, subject to Campaign-Specific Terms.
b. The number of credits to be awarded shall be specified in the Campaign-Specific Terms.
c. SleekFlow reserves the right to define qualifying actions, implement a verification process to confirm completion, and adjust credit amounts at its sole discretion.
a. Each campaign may include additional terms, eligibility criteria, and instructions. These will be communicated separately by SleekFlow or its representatives.
b. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review and understand these details before participating.
c. SleekFlow reserves the rights to modify the Campaign-Specific Terms anytime at its sole discretion, upon notice to the Customer, which may be sent by email ,posted on the SleekFlow Website, or by any other reasonable means as deemed appropriate by SleekFlow.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotional Campaign Terms and the Campaign-Specific Terms of an individual SleekFlow Promotional Campaign, the Campaign-Specific Terms shall prevail.
SleekFlow reserves the rights to modify these terms anytime at its sole discretion, upon notice to the Customer, which may be sent by email, posted on the SleekFlow Website, or by any other reasonable means as deemed appropriate by SleekFlow.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Campaign-Specific Terms, these SleekFlow Promotional Campaign Terms & Conditions and Campaign-Specific Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the same governing law as the service agreement entered into between the Customer and SleekFlow.
By participating in any SleekFlow Promotional Campaign, you accept these general SleekFlow Promotional Campaign Terms & Conditions and any Campaign-Specific Terms communicated to you.
