TL;DR: Quick Summary
- For businesses selling over chat in Indonesia, the SleekFlow vs Qontak choice turns on market scope.

You run sales and support over WhatsApp, most of your orders start in a chat, and someone has asked you to prove the stack can keep up. If your customers are all in Indonesia and your orders arrive through Shopee, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop chat, a platform built around that market answers most of the brief on its own.
Or your customers have stopped being only Indonesian. Your Malaysian and Singapore numbers are growing, and half the team now works in Telegram and LINE.
The AI agent you piloted is answering enough that its monthly allowance has started to matter.
Below is how SleekFlow and Qontak compare on channels, AI capacity, voice, where your data sits and how each one works out your bill.
Is SleekFlow or Qontak better for your business?
Mekari Qontak, the customer engagement product of Indonesian software group Mekari, calls itself an "AI Customer Engagement Platform for every stage of the customer journey" and fits teams selling inside Indonesia, with marketplace chat and in-country hosting. SleekFlow calls itself "the AI suite for revenue-driving conversations" and fits, in our view, brands selling across several markets and apps.
Qontak vs SleekFlow at a glance
The rows below are the ones buyers ask about most. Read the pricing row carefully, because it's two separate list prices rather than a comparison: Qontak charges by user in Indonesian rupiah, and SleekFlow charges by monthly active contact in US dollars.
How SleekFlow and Qontak differ, feature by feature
Five things separate the two platforms in practice: which channels each one reaches, how each meters its AI agents, what the sales and support tooling covers, whether voice is available today, and where customer data is held. Every capability below comes from that vendor's own live pages, checked in September 2026.
Channels and marketplaces
Both platforms cover the messaging apps most Indonesian buyers already use, so the difference comes down to what each one adds on top. Qontak adds Indonesian marketplace chat, which SleekFlow doesn't have. SleekFlow adds Viber, WeChat and LINE, the everyday apps in several neighboring markets, which Qontak doesn't publish.
Qontak covers:
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, X, LINE, email, web chat and mobile chat
Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada and Blibli chat in the same inbox
Google Business Messages alongside the messaging apps
Shopee as chat only, with stores outside Indonesia not supported yet, per its own documentation
SleekFlow covers:
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, LINE, WeChat and SMS
TikTok Business Messaging, Messaging Ads and Instant Forms
Shopify, VTEX, HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Sheets as native integrations
No Indonesian marketplace chat, and email management and VoIP calls listed as coming soon
What this means for you: marketplace chat is the one gap here you can't close with an integration later, so if a real share of your orders starts inside Shopee or Tokopedia, that share is the decision.
AI agents and limits
Both platforms ship AI that answers customers, and both put a limit on it. Qontak counts AI dialogs, 100 a month on Plus and 1,000 on Ultimate, and sells more when you run out. SleekFlow doesn't count AI usage on paid plans at all, and applies a Fair Use Policy it doesn't publish a number for.
Qontak's AI setup:
Airene assists human agents by summarizing conversations and rephrasing replies
Agentic AI is included on the Plus and Ultimate tiers at no activation cost
Plus allows one AI agent and 100 AI dialogs a month, Ultimate allows unlimited agents and 1,000 dialogs
Additional AI dialogs and unlimited Agentic AI are sold as paid top-ups, and connecting external systems needs paid implementation
SleekFlow's AI setup:
The Inbound Agent qualifies leads, books appointments and resolves issues without a human handover
The Data Analyst Agent tracks conversation topics and scores CSAT across chat, email and calls
Both sit on every paid plan, with unlimited AI usage subject to a Fair Use Policy
Every AI reply shows the knowledge article and playbook step behind it, and agents can be tested before going live
Consumer appetite isn't the constraint either way. Kantar research for Meta, surveying 11,056 adults across 22 markets including Indonesia, found 67.7% agree that responses from AI chatbots are helpful.
What this means for you: test both AIs on the harder questions your customers actually send, so you find out how many of those each one answers in a month before you're paying for more capacity.
Sales and support tooling
Qontak is the more complete sales system of the two on its published pages, with deals, pipelines and document generation in one place. SleekFlow keeps the contact record and its custom objects at the center, and expects your pipeline to live in Salesforce or HubSpot. Both carry ticketing, with different strengths.
Qontak gives your team:
CRM with contacts, companies, deals, custom pipelines, tasks and products
Automated document generation and sales GPS tracking for field teams
Ticketing with SLA management and an agent scorecard
More than 40 CRM report templates
SleekFlow gives your team:
Contacts, labels, segments and custom objects for bookings, orders or events
Two-way sync with Salesforce and HubSpot, and no deal pipeline described on its own Social CRM page
Ticketing with routing by urgency, skills, availability and workload, plus CSAT surveys
Conversion, response and topic dashboards, with analytics dashboards from Premium AI up
What this means for you: if your sellers already work deals in Salesforce or HubSpot, Qontak's pipeline duplicates something you own, and if they don't, SleekFlow leaves you shopping for a CRM alongside it.
Voice and calling
Only one of these platforms can run a phone queue today. Qontak publishes a cloud call center and WhatsApp calling, and SleekFlow lists VoIP calls as coming soon. If your team needs voice and chat in one tool this year, that settles the shortlist.
On the Qontak side the call center covers IVR, automatic call distribution and call recording, plus inbound and outbound WhatsApp calling. Outbound WhatsApp calls are charged per minute against a prepaid balance, and its documentation sets tight rate limits on how often a number can be called, so read those limits before you build a calling process on it.
SleekFlow lists VoIP calls, powered by Twilio, as coming soon, with numbers live in the US and Hong Kong, and Indonesia in the pipeline subject to local licensing.
What this means for you: voice isn't something you can bolt on from a third vendor without splitting your conversation history in two, so if calls are part of the job this year, Qontak is the shortlist.
Data residency and certifications
Qontak is more specific about where your data sits, and SleekFlow holds more certifications. Which one matters depends on who's asking. An Indonesian regulator or a local contract wants the residency answer. A multi-market security review wants the certificate list.
Qontak publishes:
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified by BSI, certificate IS 656453
Compliance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law stated, along with adherence to GDPR standards, and PSE registration with Komdigi
Customer data stored in Indonesia on Alibaba Cloud Jakarta across three availability zones, with no transfer outside Indonesia without customer consent
A named sub-processor list, with the ISO certificate and penetration test summary available on request
No SOC 2 and no ISO/IEC 42001
SleekFlow publishes:
SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 42001:2023, the AI management systems standard, per the Trust Center
GDPR compliance with a named Data Protection Officer, and SleekFlow acting as processor on customer instruction
Data residency in Hong Kong, Singapore, the US, Europe and the UAE, which doesn't include Indonesia
Role-based access control, two-factor authentication, IP allowlisting and third-party penetration testing
No hosting provider or sub-processor list, with documents available on request
What this means for you: residency is the only line here that can end an evaluation outright, because no feature on either platform can move your data into Indonesia if your contract says it has to be there.
SleekFlow vs Qontak pricing compared
Qontak and SleekFlow bill for different things, so the number to look at is what each one counts. Qontak counts users, with a floor of 5. SleekFlow counts the contacts your team actually messaged that month. One scales with the size of your team, the other with how busy your customers were.
Published list pricing as of September 2026:
Qontak Service Suite and Sales Suite Plus from Rp2,000,000 a month, Ultimate from Rp3,000,000, Qontak 360 from Rp3,500,000, minimum 5 users, with pricing tailored to scale on consultation
SleekFlow Pro AI from US$149 a month, or US$119 on yearly billing, with three users and 500 monthly active contacts, and Premium AI from US$349, or US$299 yearly
Neither vendor publishes a free plan, and both offer a trial, 7 days on SleekFlow Pro AI
On Qontak, AI capacity is its own line, because extra dialogs and unlimited Agentic AI are sold as top-ups, so the bill rises as the AI takes on more of the work
On SleekFlow, AI usage adds no line at all on a paid plan, subject to a Fair Use Policy with no published number
Meta charges its own per-message fees for WhatsApp template messages on top of either platform, set by Meta and varying by country and message category, so budget those separately from the subscription.
What this means for you: growth costs you differently on each one, so work out whether your next good quarter adds seats, adds conversations, or adds AI replies, because that's the number that moves your bill.
Which should you choose, SleekFlow or Qontak?
Two constraints settle this before any feature list does. If Indonesian data localization or a phone queue is in scope this year, Qontak is the answer. If customers reach you on Telegram, Viber, LINE or WeChat, or a security review asks for SOC 2 and an AI management standard, it's SleekFlow.
With neither constraint in play, look at where your orders start. Marketplace chat points to Qontak.
A rising share of first messages an AI agent could handle, across more than one market, points to SleekFlow.
Cost comes last, once you know what you're buying.
SleekFlow vs Qontak: the verdict
Choose SleekFlow if customers reach you on Telegram, Viber, LINE or WeChat, or if AI agents need to answer at volume without a monthly dialog ceiling. Choose Qontak if orders arrive through Shopee, Tokopedia or TikTok Shop chat, if customer data has to stay in Indonesia, or if you need a phone queue now.
Get this wrong and you'll find out through the channels you can't reach, or the market you can't follow.
NNIO, a Singapore e-commerce brand, was answering a rising volume of pre-purchase questions manually. They deployed AgentFlow with the SleekFlow inbox and Flow Builder to answer and qualify first.
Results:
30% of inquiries handled by AI agents
40% faster response time
20% increase in completed checkouts
