Two agents and one WhatsApp number is a simple setup, and most platforms handle it well. By the time your team also has an Instagram queue nobody owns, an ads budget on a wa.me link, and a finance team asking what the AI costs, the question changes.
For plenty of businesses that setup still fits, and staying put is right. For others something has moved. A second country, a procurement questionnaire asking for a certification nobody needed last year, or a CRM that now has to hold the customer record. Changing platforms is a genuine pain, and the number transfer is the least of it.
Below is how the two compare on the things that decide which platform you end up on.
Is SleekFlow or CekatAI better for your business?
CekatAI is an Indonesian AI agent platform, based in Jakarta with offices in Singapore and Malaysia, built around WhatsApp, Instagram and Indonesian commerce workflows. SleekFlow is the AI suite for revenue-driving conversations, covering those apps plus LINE, WeChat, Viber, Telegram and SMS. In our view, CekatAI suits selling on Indonesian commerce rails, and SleekFlow suits selling across more channels.
CekatAI vs SleekFlow at a glance
How they're different, feature by feature
Every capability below comes from that vendor's own live pages, checked in September 2026.
Channels covered
Both cover WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. DataReportal counted 230 million internet users in Indonesia at the end of 2025, 80.5% of the population. CekatAI adds website chat and AI voice on WhatsApp calls, and SleekFlow adds the Asian messaging apps plus SMS.
CekatAI covers:
WhatsApp, including WhatsApp Business API and multi-agent handling
Instagram API and Facebook Messenger automation
Embedded live chat on the website
WhatsApp Call AI for voice
SleekFlow covers:
WhatsApp Business API, Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger
LINE Business, WeChat, Viber and Telegram
SMS, with Outlook email management and VoIP calls labelled coming soon
TikTok Business Messaging, plus Messaging Ads and Instant Forms
What this means for you: both cover the same social apps, so choose SleekFlow if customers also reach you on LINE, WeChat, Viber, Telegram or SMS, none of which CekatAI publishes.
AI agents
Both sell a no-code AI agent that answers from your own knowledge and takes actions, so the difference is what happens after the agent replies. CekatAI invests in evaluation and behavior tuning inside the builder. SleekFlow invests in showing the working, so every reply names the knowledge it used. Both approaches work.
CekatAI's AI setup:
Multilingual AI agent with a no-code builder and knowledge base
AI function calling, so the agent can act rather than only answer
AI feedback and evaluation, plus advanced AI settings
Visual chat flow builder for scripted paths
SleekFlow's AI setup:
Knowledge built by crawling your own site and scanning internal docs
Connections to Shopify, HubSpot and Salesforce for real-time customer data
Several API calls chained in sequence, from an availability lookup to a booking and payment
Every reply shows its source, the knowledge article used and the step it followed
What this means for you: both agents answer easy questions well, so test them on the harder questions your customers actually ask, and watch what each one does when it gets an answer wrong.
Order and payment automation
CekatAI is the stronger fit here for a merchant selling into Indonesia. It ships order, shipping-cost and payment automation built around local providers, so a chat can end in a paid order without leaving WhatsApp. SleekFlow reaches the same outcome through its e-commerce and CRM integrations, which is more setup for a single-market seller. Both companies run Jakarta offices in SCBD and publish Indonesian-language documentation, so local presence isn't what separates them here, and SleekFlow's is the Help Center.
CekatAI gives your team:
Order automation and shipping-cost automation
Payment automation inside the conversation
Workflow automation and AI working hours
Open API for anything not covered
SleekFlow gives your team:
Shopify and VTEX connected for real-time order and customer data
HubSpot and Salesforce connected to the same agent
Flow Builder for automated workflows
Google Sheets for lightweight operational data
What this means for you: local courier and payment connections cost you developer weeks, not a bigger subscription, which is why this matters most if you only sell in Indonesia.
Customer records and reporting
Both hold contacts and segments natively, so a small team can start without a separate CRM. CekatAI also publishes pipeline management and journey stages. SleekFlow keeps contacts, labels and custom objects at the center and expects the pipeline to live in Salesforce or HubSpot. Both put deeper reporting on higher plans.
CekatAI publishes:
Customer data, lead and pipeline management, plus journey stages
Complaint management, with ticketing from the Business plan
Marketing analytics and ROAS reporting
CSAT on the Custom plan
SleekFlow publishes:
Social CRM with segments, labels and custom objects
HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Sheets integrations
Analytics dashboards from Premium AI
Webhook and API calls from Premium AI
What this means for you: choose SleekFlow if your sellers already work deals in Salesforce or HubSpot, and CekatAI if you want the pipeline inside the messaging platform itself.
Security and certifications
If you're an SME, this probably never comes up. If you're a bank, an insurer or a hospital group, your own procurement team settles this before anyone looks at features, because a reviewer can only check what a vendor publishes. Today you can verify SleekFlow's certifications yourself and will need to ask CekatAI directly.
CekatAI, operated by PT. Teknologi Cekat Indonesia, doesn't publish security certifications or a compliance page on its site as of September 2026, so a buyer who needs a certification should ask the company directly.
SleekFlow publishes three certifications on its Trust Center as of September 2026. They're SOC 2 Type II attestation, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 for AI management, alongside stated GDPR alignment. The same page names role-based access, two-factor authentication, IP whitelisting and third-party penetration testing.
What this means for you: an unpublished certification isn't a missing one, but you'll have to chase the proof yourself, and that chase is what delays a go-live.
Pricing compared
Headline plan prices won't tell you much on their own. Both platforms charge you a subscription and Meta charges separately for messages, so what matters is whether the model charges you more as you grow, and whether it charges you more when the AI does more of the work.
CekatAI counts four things at once, per its pricing page and billing documentation in September 2026.
WhatsApp Business accounts, monthly active users, AI credits and seats, all four on the same plan
Starter carries one WhatsApp account, 1,000 MAU, 5,000 AI credits and three seats
Business carries three accounts, 10,000 MAU, 50,000 AI credits and 7 seats
One MAU is a unique customer who sends an inbound message that month, counted once however often they write
Each AI answer spends a credit, long answers can spend more than one, and top-ups come in blocks of 5,000 that don't expire monthly
Per its billing docs, CekatAI also publishes a free tier, which SleekFlow doesn't offer, and you need a paid plan there to connect a WhatsApp number.
SleekFlow counts two things, per its pricing page in September 2026.
Seats and monthly active contacts, with no AI unit in the bill
Pro AI includes three seats and starts from 500 monthly active contacts, with paid contact and seat add-ons above that
Premium AI includes 5 seats and starts from 1,000 monthly active contacts, with a higher add-on ceiling
AI is unlimited on paid plans under the Fair Use Policy, so a busy month raises the contact count rather than an AI bill
Dashboards, webhooks and role-based access start on Premium AI, not Pro AI
SleekFlow's pricing page publishes no free plan, and the Pro AI trial is paid.
Neither published number is the one you'll pay. CekatAI's quoted prices exclude VAT and aren't shown on its pricing page. SleekFlow's list prices are in US dollars and vary by market, so check SleekFlow's pricing page for the figure that applies to yours.
Meta's message fees sit on top for both, charged per message by template category, volume tier and country and updated quarterly, per Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform pricing documentation.
Which should you choose?
Start with what you want to achieve this year, before you look at price.
If the goal is more paid orders from Indonesian WhatsApp traffic, and your couriers and gateways are local, CekatAI is the better fit. Its order, shipping and payment automation is built for that, and a free tier lets you test the AI first.
If the goal is faster replies across several apps and markets, SleekFlow fits better, because LINE, Viber, WeChat and Telegram sit in the same inbox as WhatsApp.
If one system has to hold the customer record, SleekFlow fits better. HubSpot and Salesforce are supported integrations rather than an API project.
If the constraint is a security review, SleekFlow clears it faster on published evidence, since SOC 2 Type II and both ISO certifications are published and dated. Ask CekatAI directly, because an unpublished certification isn't a missing one.
If the plan is to push more conversations through AI, check which model charges you for doing it. Metered credits rise with every AI reply, and a flat plan under fair use doesn't.
How SleekFlow supports messaging-led selling
SleekFlow is the AI suite for revenue-driving conversations. AgentFlow is its agentic AI product for sales, marketing and support.
Teams build an agent's knowledge by crawling their own site and scanning internal docs, then connect it to Shopify, HubSpot or Salesforce so it can use real-time customer data.
In a live chat the agent answers from that knowledge and can chain several API calls in sequence, from an availability lookup to a booking confirmation and payment. Every reply shows its source, so answers can be checked and corrected.
Atlas Beach Fest, an Indonesian luxury and lifestyle brand, needed to handle high volumes of guest inquiries without losing service quality. Using SleekFlow's shared inbox across WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, plus contact segmentation, broadcasts and Flow Builder, the team consolidated its guest conversations and automated follow-ups. "Since we started using SleekFlow, our customer service team's response time has become much faster and more organised," said Benazir Rahman, Customer Care Supervisor. "Follow-up automation and promotional broadcasts have also significantly boosted our engagement levels." Read the full case study →
SleekFlow vs CekatAI: the verdict
SleekFlow and CekatAI are built for different kinds of business. In our view, choose SleekFlow when buyers reach you on more than Meta's apps, when a CRM has to hold the customer record, or when procurement asks for ISO 27001 in writing. Choose CekatAI when the business runs on Indonesian courier and payment rails and WhatsApp is where the selling happens.
