Leo Choi

Leo Choi is Director of Engineering at SleekFlow, where he has led the platform's technical architecture since 2022. With over four years inside SleekFlow's engineering stack, he writes from direct experience — covering the infrastructure decisions, concurrency models, and systems design choices behind a live platform handling millions of business conversations. His articles aren't explanations of general concepts: they reflect the actual technical tradeoffs made in building and scaling SleekFlow's messaging infrastructure. He holds a Computer Science degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
