Does SleekFlow integrate with WhatsApp?

Yes, we do! WhatsApp integration is a paid add-on available for all 3 plans, costing 29 USD/ month. You can also choose WhatsApp Business API provided by other vendors such a Twilio.

What methods of payment are accepted? 

All plans are paid via credit card and in USD through our accredited payment gateway partner, Stripe. If you pay for an amount over $10,000 USD you can request to pay by invoice by talking to our team.

Does SleekFlow offer a free trial?

We offer a 14-day free trial to all 3 plans which gives you full access to the features. There’ll be no charge incurred if you cancel before the free trial ends.

What counted as a campaign & automated message? 

A campaign or automated message is any message sent through SleekFlow with our campaign or automation module to your customers in any messaging channel. This does not include the outbound message your agents send through team inbox.

Can I cancel anytime?

Plans can be cancelled at any time without cancellation fee. A cancelled plan will not be renewed at the next renewal date. In addition, you can keep your account by continuing on the free plan.

What is Priority support? 

Priority Support means we will answer you first and prioritise you over others in the queue. There are additional benefits such as backup restoration and access to our highest level of technical support. We recommend this feature for enterprise customers.

What happens if I reach my limit for campaign messages?

You’ll not able to send further campaign message. We will remind you to upgrade when you are close to your limits.

Is there additional charge for instant messaging channel?

We do not charge additional for all messaging channels. However, for some channels such as SMS, you might have to pay for message quotas or API setup. Please chat with us for the add-on package.
