What happen if I reach the customer contact limits?
A customer contact is automatically created when there is a new incoming conversation through SleekFlow on any of your messaging channels. When you reach the limit, you’ll NOT be able to send messages to your contacts. You can remove your contacts to stay below the limits but all relevant information and conversations will also be removed permanently.
What counted as a broadcast message? 
A broadcast message is any message sent through SleekFlow with our campaign or automation module to your customers in any messaging channel. This does not include any outbound message your agents send through team inbox.
Does SleekFlow offer custom setup and training for our team?
Yes we do! With a one-time service fee, our dedicated onboarding team helps set up everything from staff permissions, customer flow to automation rules. Contact us now to learn more.
Is there any add-on for additional customer contact limits?
We charge 99 USD per 5000 additional customer contacts per month on top of your existing plan. We’re always happy to grow together with your company. Talk to us to upgrade anytime.
What happens if I reach my limit for campaign messages?

You’ll not able to send any further campaign message. We will remind you to upgrade when you are close to your limits.

Is there additional charge for instant messaging channel?

We do not charge additional for all messaging channels. However, for some channels such as SMS, you might have to pay for message quotas or API setup. You’ll also have to pay for additional WhatsApp channel. Please chat with us for the add-on package.

Does SleekFlow integrate with WhatsApp?

Yes we do! You can either choose WhatsApp Official Business API or a Third-Party API to connect WhatsApp to SleekFlow, depending on your company size. Talk to our customer support team to see which one works best for you.

What methods of payment are accepted? 

All plans are paid via credit card and in USD through our accredited payment gateway partner, Stripe. If you pay for an amount over $10,000 USD you can request to pay by invoice by talking to our team.

Can I cancel anytime?

Plans can be cancelled at any time without a cancellation fee. A cancelled plan will not be renewed at the next renewal date. In addition, all data stored on your accounts will be erased within 3 months or upon request.

What is Priority support? 

Priority Support means we will answer you first and prioritise you over others in the queue. There are additional benefits such as backup restoration and access to our highest level of technical support. We recommend this feature for enterprise customers.
